Two and a half
years ago we bought our villa from ABC and we
have never looked back. We had tried many
other estate agents before we were lucky
enough to find ABC. They were very patient
and very understanding and not at anytime was
any pressure put on us to buy. They were
happy to show us as many properties as we
wanted, the choice was all ours, any queries
or problems we had were answered or dealt
with immediately and very effectively,
nothing was too much trouble. It was such a
pleasure to deal with them we were made to
feel we really mattered.
We get the most wonderful and prompt after
sales service nothing is too much trouble
e.g. transfers from the airport, cleaning,
food and drink put into the house ready for
our arrival and any other service we require
the ABC team will sort it out for us.
This is a team of very honest and trustworthy
people and we cannot praise them enough.
Our only regret is that we did not find them
first.

We have recently purchased a property in
Kusadasi through ABC and we cannot speak
highly enough of the friendly and caring
service all the staff have given us. They
have helped us with not only the purchase of
the property but also guided us through the
legal formalities, buying of the furniture
and given us support with their after sales
service. From the initial viewing to us being
able to use our villa took very little time
due to their very hard work and we now look
upon them not only as an Estate Agent but
also as friends.

'Buying ahome
abroad can be a very nerving experience. You
have to find people you can trust, which is
not easy when you consider it's thousands of
pounds we are talking about. My partner and I
have done exactly that and brought a 2
bedroom villa in Kusadasi, Turkey. We were
very lucky that we found an Estate Agent's
that not only could we trust but have become
our friends as well.
A.B.C Estates looked after us as soon as we
landed and arranged transport and hotels.
Buying a house in Turkey is different than in
England, but A.B.C made it so easy for us to

We live in France and
come every year for stay and tour in Turkey,
we have visited many places. As were were in
love with this country for many years, we
searched a holiday house and wanted to find
the best place for it : sun, sea, nice
people, airport facilities, places to visit.
There was one place for that, Kusadasi!
So we went on internet and had link on ABC,
Kusadasi homes, real estate agency in
Kusadasi.
It was answered to our enquiry very fast, we
received a selection of houses with picture
on our e-mail, so we could fix an appointment
for our next stay in turkey.
The agency helped us for accommodation, and
above all they came and met us at our hotel
to take us to different places. They were
very patient, well organized and efficient.
They managed to find us exactly what we
wanted at very reasonable price and condition
so decision was taken within a few days.
They arranged everything with the lawyer to
insure or future owner protection and
everything was ready when we came back to
kusadasi for summer and have our new house.
They helped us too very much with language
problems, taking us to shops for necessary
furniture and so on. They verified to that
everything was in order in house and assured
that they would take care while were back to
France. It is important to say too that they
can offer many services as airport transfert,
hotel accommodation waiting to find
house…
So we can say we have been really satisfied
by agency service and if you have the
opportunity to get in touch with the staf,
each of them will become a friend to
you!
