Facilities : International Kusadasi Golf Resort is envisioned to be a true golfers club, 18 holes, Par 72. 6000 m2 has a surface area of 1230.000m2 Creation of a singular course with its own unique. Accessibility for all type of players. ( 28 handicap men. 36 handicap woman ) Driving range is located centre of the course right across the club house, allowing easy access for players practise and private lessons. Club house will be available for casual dining and socialising and includes men and woman's locker rooms. Proshop will be availble with equipments of game, clothing and rental materials of the game. When course will be ready to play : First 9 holes of the course is going to be ready to play on second half of 2009. Construction of second nine will be continuing. Who is responsible for the operation of the Ephesus Golf Resort ? Artev Homes is fully responsible for the government and administration of the club facilities and will maintain authority to establish rules and regulations and management of the club facilities. What types of Membership available ? Along the pay and play system, there will be a limited and annual memberships types available at the club first two years. After that, club reserves the rights to determine and offer additional membership classifications. Any membership that the Ephesus resort offers will be non equity membership, permitting the members to use the club facility only. Will the residents of the Ephesus golf resort have an opportunity to have input in to the club facilities of the club ? Yes, the residents will be encourage to take part in the ongoing evaluations of the club facilities. Will the residents responsible for club assessments ? No , the ownership is fully responsible for operating and maintenance cost for the club. Will residents and property owners at the Ephesus golf resort have opportunities to obtain club privileges ? Yes, Residents and Property owners at the resort will have privileges to use the club and have discounts on green fee, food and beverage , and proshop , Will there be outside play at the golf club ? Ephesus golf course is the first and only course in the surrounding area, however Ephesus golf club will organize trips to other destinations in Turkey.
