Buying a house before
it’s even been built?
Buying off-plan
is a brilliant investment for those who don’t mind waiting
before taking possession of their property and those looking for
a good profit on property purchase.
Buying off-plan, especially in another country always sounds a
bit scary. Buying off-plan means, that you reserve a property on
a new development before the construction is completed, often
before it even starts. For this reason, the prices are
accordingly less than a resale or new property.
As the construction begins and the development begins to take
shape or a show home is completed, the price is increased
substantially. That is why buying off-plan becomes more and more
popular by investors, who want to make a good profit out of
their investment. And this is true, a property you purchase off-plan
for i.e. 30.000 Euro in the beginning can be sold after the
complex is completed for not less than 50.000, completion of off-plan
developments, depending upon the size of the complex, takes max.

pay in Turkey 40% or 50% of the sales price when signing the
