These
20 exclusive detached villas are set on the back hills
of famous Long Beach Resort, south of village of Sogucak
near licenced "Golf Resort of EPHESUS" the first 9 holes
of which is planned for completion at the end of 2009.
Per exclusive detached villa will offer 5 bedrooms, 4
bathrooms and a private pool. They will all enjoy the
magnificent bay view with National park on the left and

Although per property owner will own an equal share of
