BASEMENT ISOLATION

In the Omer Baris Villas, a concealed bundling isolation system against the underground water and rain water was established before the foundation of the building.

Before the isolation of the basement at the Omer Barıs Villas, first the foundation of the villas is uncovered and 10 cm of concrete is cast inside. The isolation material bearing the Onduline brand is laid down over the concrete that was poured into the foundation. Following that, again concrete is cast on the isolation material. This way the second layer of concrete is completed and iron works is started right over it.

Once the water cascade and concrete sheeting is complated, the isolation material from the foundation is covered onto this area. This way the entire foundation of the building is isolated whit a cocealed bundling system.
