Panorama Villages are located
at Davutlar, which is 8 km away from Kuşadası. Only 100 m to the
Kuşadası-Söke road. Our comlex has a large view over the sea and
the green environment around.
The complex is located on an area of 6760 m2 with 5560 m2 of
green and 1200 m2 of ground floor area. There are 28 villas in
the complex, 2 of which are single where the other 26 are twin
villas. 24 of these villas are triplex and 7 are four floored
houses. The houses are grouped with respect to the ground floor
areas. Type A has 231.40 m2 of living area, where Type B has

electricity from the city network. And also complex has artesian
well
-The whole complex will have been constructed by 30th June 2007.
from that date on the security and the maintenance of the whole
complex will be held by us for two years. The swimming pool will
be open to usege between 1st June and 30th September.
-The dues is 40 Euros per month.
-The title deed will be given when purchasing process is
completed.Each buyer will receive a Tapu and each Tapu will be
1/28th of the site (will include a share of the garden, parking
area and pool).
