The 14 super villas are the
same as the standart villas with the addition of a full
semi-basement floor of some 130 square metres [1,400 square
feet]. This floor can be divided and laid out to the purchaser�s
specification with extra bathrooms etc as required.
The villas have 4 very large bedrooms each with en suite
bathroom. The master bedroom is truly masterful with a total
floor area of some 36.5 square metres [400 square feet] and
incorporating a dressing room and extra large bathroom.The

some 10 km.
from the centre of Kusadasi, 1km from Long Beach, 2km from

The entrance is directly on the Sogucak road which enjoys an all
